Job summary

The UCLA Fielding School of Public Health seeks a Program Manager for the Office of the Dean to act as a central operational hub, coordinating calendars and planning high-impact events while providing strategic and analytical support to the Dean and Associate Deans.

This role requires strong public health orientation, exceptional written and oral communication, and the ability to handle confidential information, multitask across priorities, and build productive partnerships with faculty, staff,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master's Degree In Public Health or related fields (Preferred)
Strong support experience to executive level administrators or managers.
Proven program management and data analysis experience.
Ability to analyze, research, and synthesize large data sets.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide centralized operational support to the Dean and Associate Deans.
Coordinate calendars, schedules, and key strategic initiatives.
Plan and execute high-impact school events and programs.
Analyze data to support decision-making and reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
