Lead the daily content strategy, develop conversations and guest ideas, and turn moments into YouTube videos, podcasts, and social clips. You’ll oversee live radio operations and collaborate across newsroom, traffic, weather, and digital teams.

The role crosses into video production, on-site work, and audience growth across platforms, with a strong emphasis on local relevance and entertainment value.

Qualifications

• Experienced radio producer with a modern content mindset.
• Strong writer and storyteller.
• Understanding of personality-driven radio.
• Knowledgeable about digital video, social media and audience growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop the daily content strategy and show rundown with the hosts.
• Identify stories and guests to drive the show and digital clips.
• Create original features, games, bits and listener-driven content.
• Research for interviews and major topics for cross-platform use.
• Edit and produce audio quickly and cleanly for multiple formats.
• Book and prep guests and write compelling intros, teases, promos and copy.
