Job summary

iHeartMedia is seeking an experienced morning show Broadcast Producer to assist with planning and audio/video production of multiple live and pre-recorded radio shows. You will generate ideas, research guests, and collaborate with presenters to ensure high production standards.

You will also manage budgets, obtain necessary licenses, monitor listener feedback, and post show clips on social media, while coordinating with the team to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills; ability to tailor and adapt content for different audiences and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate original ideas, ideate with others, and research thoroughly.
• Contact and schedule guests; coordinate with presenters and crew.
• Direct presenters and crew; manage resources and budgets.
• Obtain licenses/permissions for recording or on-location use.
• Monitor emails and feedback; ensure QA for production standards.
• Use soundboards and editing tools; schedule the radio stream during live shows.
• Publish audio/video clips to social platforms and archive files.
