Audacy, the multi-platform audio content company behind KMOX Radio, seeks an Executive Producer for The Chris & Amy Show in St. Louis. You will guide daily content strategy, plan guest interviews, and craft compelling digital extensions across YouTube, social media, podcasts and live broadcasts.

You should be a strong writer with a radio background, capable of turning great moments into clips, videos and stories that grow the audience beyond the clock.

Qualifications

• An experienced radio producer with a modern content mindset.
• Strong writer and storyteller.
• Knowledgeable about digital video, social media and audience growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop the daily content strategy and show rundown with Chris and Amy.
• Identify the stories, conversations and personalities that will drive the show.
• Create original features, recurring benchmarks, games, bits and listener-driven content.
• Research for interviews, conversations and major topics.
• Constantly look for ways to make the show more entertaining, surprising, relevant and local.
• Running a live radio board and executing a show in real time.
• Editing and producing audio quickly and cleanly.
• Booking and preparing guests.
• Writing compelling intros, teases, promos and digital copy.
• Managing live callers, interviews and breaking content.
• Working with newsroom, traffic, weather and other station resources.
• Making quick decisions when the show doesn't go according to plan.
