Job summary

Audacy Houston, 100.3 The Bull, is seeking a Full-Time KILT-FM Morning Show Producer based in Houston, TX. This onsite role involves managing the on-air automation system, producing segments on location or remotely, and editing readings and audio for web stories and clips.

You'll support on-air talent, post content to social platforms, and help plan daily show preparation and the calendar. Video editing and guest coordination are valued as pluses, with event representation responsibilities as

Qualifications

• Previous experience running a studio board for a live talk show (e.g., talk formats and cueing)
• Ability to edit audio and identify best moments for platforms
• Understanding of posting to social media to engage target audiences
• Experience booking guests for shows
• Video editing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of automation and production software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle requirements when needed

• Create, direct and strategize for the station and show social media content
• Represent the station at events
• Participate on air for features during the show

Required & Preferred:

• Previous experience running a studio board for a live talk show
• Ability to edit audio and identify the best moments in a show to push out on various platforms
• An understanding of how to post to social media in a way that will engage with the target audience
• Experience booking guests
• Video editing experience a plus
• Knowledge of automation and productions software a plus
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required
