Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years with a PhD.
- Proven leadership of global, multi-channel campaigns for a major brand or at a top agency.
- Strong production experience across live action, animation, digital and social.
- Experience negotiating contracts with agencies and vendors; budget stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Steer and deliver best in class creative campaigns.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns and partner with Creative Marketing service team.
- Manage 7-8 figure budgets, bids, SOWs, and vendor negotiations.
- Oversee production across live action, animation, digital and social.
- Navigate rights usage, music licensing, and union considerations.
- Communicate with executives and stakeholders across a matrix.
- Anticipate risks and drive timely, budget-conscious solutions.
- Foster a culture of remarkable creativity and innovation.
