Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Producer to lead the Global Creative Studio, delivering best-in-class campaigns across live action, animation, digital and social for the VISA brand and its clients. The role requires extensive experience in production with agency backgrounds, strong leadership, and a track record of managing large budgets and complex campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Experience producing global, multi-channel campaigns for major brands or top agencies.
• Experience managing large budgets and negotiating contracts with agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Steer and deliver best in class creative campaigns.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns for major brands or top agencies.
• Manage 7-8 figure budgets, running bids, SOWs, and negotiating contracts with agencies and vendors.
• Oversee production across live action, animation, digital and social.
• Ensure rights usage, music licensing, and union and nonunion considerations.
• Drive AI integration to improve production efficiency and output.
