Razorfish is seeking an Executive Producer to manage multiple programs and partner relationships within the global production team. You will bring deep DCO knowledge and experience handling content at scale across languages and cultures, guidingJunior Producers and leading senior staff to deliver high-quality campaigns.

You will collaborate with executives on strategies, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital production.
• 3+ years of dynamic and digital content experience.
• Experience on global business, managing and developing content across multiple languages.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary people and managing distributed teams.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Broad understanding of digital marketing and advertising landscapes.
• Strong financial and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the key account's operations and strategy as it pertains to DCO and modular creative.
• Explains what is happening, when and why to clients and team.
• Distills complexities into clear, actionable language.
• Builds and maintains high-level client and internal relationships.
• Facilitates cross-team collaboration (account, PM, production) with vendor partners.
• Drives innovation and sets a vision for DCO projects and solutions.
• Collaborates with C-suite executives on business strategies and timelines.
• Ensures the agency’s output meets top-tier quality standards.
• Negotiates contracts, partnerships, and vendor relationships.
• Manages delays, timelines, and budget planning.
• Identifies new business opportunities and service expansion.
• Addresses high-level challenges and risks.
• Keeps up-to-date with regulatory requirements in digital advertising.
