Razorfish is seeking a seasoned SEO leader to steer strategy and client engagements across brands, guiding performance and growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape programs, narratives, and measurable outcomes, while mentoring a growing SEO group.

You'll influence executive stakeholders, monitor trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations that drive business value. This role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and results in a fast-moving digital environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years direct experience in search engine optimization or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex workstreams and teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, technical SEO, content strategy, analytics, and trends.
• Extensive knowledge of how SEO integrates with media, content, UX, analytics, commerce, and technology.
• Expertise across technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, information architecture, measurement frameworks.
• Strong executive presence with analytical rigor and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Set the SEO vision and lead complex client relationships across a client or portfolio of brands, ensuring best-in-class strategy, execution, innovation and team growth
• Owns the strategic direction of SEO programs and partners with cross-functional leaders to develop integrated plans, performance narratives, and growth recommendations
• Evaluates the competitive landscape, identifies emerging search trends, and translates insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business impact
• Leads executive-level reporting, client presentations, and strategic storytelling with a focus on business outcomes, performance trends, and future opportunities
• Develops, mentors, and leads SEO team members across levels, supporting performance management, workload delegation, capability growth, and career development
• Serves as a senior SEO leader in internal and external discussions, building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and agency leadership
