• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related executive roles.
• Experience leading complex, matrixed organizations and high-value negotiations.
• Strong executive communication, financial acumen, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision and priorities for Power Purchasing, Transmission growth procurement, and Insurance.
• Oversee sourcing, negotiations, and contract strategies for equipment, services, and materials supporting renewable generation, BESS, and transmission growth.
• Provide executive oversight for insurance strategy, risk financing, and claims strategy with partners.
• Lead governance, cost tracking, supplier performance, and data-driven decision-making across procurement activities.
• Develop and coach a high-performing procurement/insurance organization and foster cross-functional collaboration.
