Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field required
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in portfolio management, leasing, rail, transportation, logistics, asset management or related
• Experience leading teams across commercial, financial, operational, and analytical functions
• Railcar leasing, freight rail, transportation equipment, or fleet management experience preferred
• Strong financial acumen — revenue, utilization, profitability, forecasting and variance analysis
• Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the lease fleet portfolio and optimize utilization and revenue
• Lead renewals, remarketing, redeployment, and asset exits
• Identify underperforming assets or leases and drive improvement plans
• Lead portfolio management & analytics teams and establish priorities and performance expectations
• Own portfolio-level performance insights and executive reporting
• Collaborate with Commercial, Maintenance Operations, Finance, and IT to improve portfolio decisions
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across enterprise systems
• Leverage AI tools to improve visibility and identify opportunities to increase orders
