Job summary

STORE Capital Advisors, LLC seeks an Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management to lead the Portfolio Management function and guide the strategic direction of the net-lease portfolio. You will partner with executive leadership, Acquisitions, and Credit Underwriting to optimize performance and manage risk.

The role requires 10+ years in leadership with deep CRE investment and credit analysis expertise, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and investor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field required; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.
• Proven leadership across large, complex real estate investment portfolios.
• Strong background in portfolio strategy, risk management, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall portfolio management strategy for the net-lease portfolio.
• Advise CEO/Board on performance, risk, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee disposition strategy and value-enhancement activities.
• Drive portfolio optimization and risk-adjusted returns through lease strategies.
• Build and retain a high-performing Portfolio Management team.
