Job summary

STORE Capital Advisors, LLC seeks an Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management to join its leadership team. This role leads the portfolio strategy, optimization, and risk management for STORE’s net-lease investments.

You will advise the CEO/Board and drive high-level strategic initiatives across acquisitions, debt, and servicing, building a top-tier Portfolio Management team. You will partner with Acquisitions, Credit Underwriting, Data Analytics, and other functions to align portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate investment, portfolio management, asset management, corporate credit, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience leading and developing high-performing teams and senior-level professionals.
• Deep expertise in corporate credit analysis and management of large, complex CRE portfolios.
• Significant experience with divestments, workouts, restructurings, leasing, distressed investments, and asset resolution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead STORE’s overall portfolio management strategy to ensure long-term health, performance and value of the net-lease portfolio.
• Serve as strategic advisor to CEO, executive team and Board with insights on performance, risk, and strategic portfolio initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio performance and drive strategies for dispositions, optimization, and risk mitigation across investments.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Portfolio Management team and ensure accountability across functions.
• Represent Portfolio Management in executive discussions with investors, lenders, and rating agencies.
