Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, PMO, or technology governance.
• Experience managing a CxO-level portfolio across multiple programs and technology workstreams.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and cost optimization.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into actionable portfolio plans.
• Strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the CxO's consolidated portfolio, aligning initiatives with strategy, priorities, funding, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with the CxO and senior leadership to shape priorities and track agreed actions.
• Manage portfolio finances including budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and variances.
• Lead governance forums covering portfolio health, prioritization, financials, risks, and decisions.
• Provide clear portfolio reporting on delivery, financial position, risks, and required actions.
• Coordinate across program, finance, technology, business, risk, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Drive initiative prioritization and trade-off recommendations based on value, funding, capacity, and readiness.
• Standardize portfolio practices and prepare executive dashboards and briefing materials.
