Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Portfolio Governance & Strategic Planning Manager in San Antonio, TX to lead portfolio governance, strategic planning, and financial management initiatives. Responsibilities

Lead portfolio governance activities to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and business priorities.
Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
Drive strategic planning processes, including annual planning, prioritization, and capacity management.
Partner with business and finance leaders to support strategic investment decisions and portfolio funding initiatives.
Manage portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and investment tracking.
Facilitate executive portfolio reviews and provide insights on portfolio health, risks, and opportunities.
Monitor resource allocation, dependencies, and risks across projects and programs.
Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with governance standards, audit requirements, and risk management practices.
Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance, operational efficiency, and strategic outcomes.
