Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor seeks an experienced Physical AI Distinguished Solutions Architect to lead next‑gen product strategy for physical AI systems. You will translate complex customer challenges into compelling FPGA/AI architectures, interfacing with robotics OEMs across humanoids, cobots, AMRs, and UAV platforms.

You will collaborate with R&D, firmware, product planning, and sales to define scalable reference designs, drive design wins, and shape the roadmap for sensor fusion, real-time

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FPGA, programmable logic, digital computing, embedded silicon software, or robotics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer or related field is required.
• Graduate degree in engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical solution narrative and next generation for physical AI end markets (humanoid robotics, cobots, AMRs, UAVs).
• Translate customer and market challenges into actionable solution concepts for system architects and robotics OEMs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to identify FPGA insertion opportunities.
• Drive design wins for humanoids and robotics with architecture-level depth and customer solutioning expertise.
• Identify trends in FPGA-to-GPU/XPU integration and sensor fusion; translate to requirements for future Lattice silicon and IP.
• Develop architectures showing how FPGAs bridge sensors, actuators, and real-time control to GPUs/XPU compute.
