Job summary

Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacist license.
- 5+ years of management experience overseeing multi-site pharmacy operations.
- Extensive regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, budgeting, and 340B program management.
Responsibilities
- Provide system-wide pharmacy governance and leadership for safety, quality, and compliance.
- Oversee enterprise medication-management strategy across inpatient, outpatient, and specialty services.
- Lead financial stewardship, revenue strategies, and cost-containment aligned with clinical safety.
- Direct purchasing, contracting, and supply-chain initiatives; drive technology adoption and EHR workflows.
- Foster equity and safety initiatives across the health system and supervise senior staff.
