  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including private aviation, hotels, ground transportation, and comprehensive itineraries.
  • Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on schedule.
  • Serve as a gracious point of contact for senior business contacts and other high-level stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and other communications.

  • Assist with family scheduling, including school activities, appointments, and other time-sensitive commitments.
  • Plan personal travel from beginning to end, coordinating with travel professionals and arranging accommodations, dining, activities, and transportation.
  • Handle a range of personal requests, including reservations, gifting, errands, appointments, and other special projects.
  • Provide occasional support for firm-wide events and other larger-scale gatherings, including limited travel as needed.
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • A high-trust position with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to become a valued, long-term partner to the people you support.
  • A unique blend of executive and personal support that keeps the role varied, engaging, and highly relationship-driven.
