Job Description

Are you looking for a flexible part-time position that makes a real impact? Support the CEO of Ace Designs with a mix of business, personal, and household tasks—both remote and in-person. No two days are the same!

Part-Time Executive Assistant

This is a flexible hybrid schedule working 15-20 hours/week with a combination of remote and in-office work.

Key Duties:
  1. Keep home and office organized
  2. Manage calendars, appointments, and commitments
  3. Organize and maintain personal correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages
  4. Assist with shopping, errands, mail pickup, and household management
  5. Oversee home maintenance, car repairs, and liaise with service providers
  6. Manage personal expenses, budgets, insurances, and financial documents
  7. Coordinate travel arrangements
  8. Organize, scan, and file important personal records using Google Suite
  9. Provide general support to ensure smooth personal and professional life
What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience as a personal assistant or similar role
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and productivity tools
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
