Job summary

Inovalon Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, People Partnerships to serve as a senior strategic partner to executives and business leaders, translating priorities into people and organizational strategies, supporting workforce planning, design, talent management, performance and change initiatives.

You will help strengthen the People Business Partner (PBP) model, set standards for executive partnerships, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent employee and leader

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences or equivalent education/experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• 15+ years of professional experience within a strategic, senior human resources capacity, including 8+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic People partner to executives and leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, performance, and employee matters.
• Translate business priorities into practical people strategies that support organizational goals.
• Partner with the People Business Partner team to drive consistency in HR programs, processes, and practices.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the PBP model from transactional to proactive, strategic partnership.
• Establish clear expectations, standards, and best practices for effective People Business Partner support.
• Assess the current People Business Partner operating model and opportunities to strengthen the function.
• Support organizational design, restructuring, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and translate findings into recommendations for leaders.
• Influence policymaking and strategy through effective communication and persuasion.
• Coach and influence leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance, accountability, and talent decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess risk and act as a key business advisor on HR matters.
