Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Accounting-focused background preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll function for a multi-state workforce.
• Lead payroll reporting, compliance, and audit initiatives, including 401(k) and workers' compensation.
• Review and approve payroll transactions, tax filings, and year-end processing.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and reconcile payroll general ledger accounts.
• Drive payroll process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements.
