Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll across multi-state operations in a rapidly growing environment. You will drive compliance, system improvements, and integrations with accounting and cost centers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with full-cycle ownership.
• Deep expertise in multi-state, union payroll environments.
• Experience with payroll system implementations or ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end payroll across a complex, multi-state environment.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements, prevailing wage, and certified payroll requirements.
• Oversee payroll taxes, W-2s, filings, and reconciliations.
• Drive payroll system and ERP conversion, integrating with accounting and job costing.
• Partner with finance on labor costing, reporting, and process alignment.
• Build, mentor, and elevate the payroll team.
• Advise leadership on payroll strategy, compliance, and risk.
