Job summary

Asurion is seeking an Executive Partner to the CRO to act as an extension of executive judgment, aligning cross-functional priorities and standards. You will manage board materials, interface with investors, and own travel and confidential information with utmost discretion.

You will lead strategic initiatives, advise on stakeholder approach, and drive adoption of new AI tools across the admin community, modelling leadership standards across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive executive-support experience, with 3–5 years at C‑Suite level.
  • Experience interfacing with boards, investors, or external governance bodies.
  • Experience in a large, complex, matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Strong confidentiality and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage the executive's full operating rhythm with strategic judgment.
  • Serve as primary contact for board members, investors, and senior external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate board materials, timelines, confidentiality, and distribution.
  • Navigate enterprise power structures and advise on stakeholder approach.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel end-to-end.
  • Drive cross-functional follow-through on executive priorities; surface risks.
  • Represent the executive's perspective and values organization-wide.
  • Champion AI tool adoption across the admin community and set best practices.
  • Manage confidential information across board, legal, financial, and organizational matters.
  • Lead or support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed.
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.

Executive Partner to the CRO This role functions as a true extension of executive judgment. It requires enterprise-level thinking, board and investor interface readiness, and the ability to drive cross-functional follow-through on behalf of the most senior leaders in the organization. The Executive Partner is not defined by seniority — it is earned by scope.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS / DUTIES
  • Architect and manage the executive's full operating rhythm — applying strategic judgment to balance competing priorities and manage inbound with precision
  • Serve as primary point of contact for board members, investors, and senior external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
  • Coordinate full board and committee materials — managing timelines, confidentiality, and distribution with the highest standards
  • Navigate enterprise power structures and advise on stakeholder approach; manage sensitive organizational dynamics
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel with end-to-end ownership
  • Drive cross-functional follow-through on executive priorities — proactively surfacing risks and translating insight into action
  • Represent the executive's perspective and values across the organization; model leadership standards within the admin community
  • Champion adoption of new tools and AI capabilities across the admin community; serve as a resource for best practices
  • Manage the highest-level confidential information across board, legal, financial, and organizational matters
  • Lead or support special projects and strategic initiatives at executive direction
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

  • Full mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced travel and expense management (Concur or equivalent)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in executive support, with at least 3–5 years supporting C‑Suite or President‑level leaders
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with boards, investors, or external governance bodies
  • Experience in a large, complex, matrixed enterprise environment
  • Bilingual capability (English + global language) strongly preferred
  • Track record of operating with the highest levels of confidentiality and independent judgment
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS
  • None required; certifications in executive administration, project management, or business communication preferred
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Individual contributor; no direct reports — but expected to model and influence standards across the admin community
