Job summary

Leadership Roundtable seeks an Executive Partner for Leadership Engagement to build, strengthen, and extend our relationships with bishops, dioceses, Catholic leaders, partner organizations, and supporters. This is a mission-critical senior leadership role — part ambassador, part partnership builder, part architect of the convenings that bring Catholic leaders together.

The person we are looking for is a faithful, diplomatic, and deeply relational Catholic professional with significant

Qualifications

• Substantial senior leadership experience in Catholic institutions or mission-driven organizations.
• A practicing Catholic in good standing.
• Ability to build trust across clergy and lay leaders across ideological divisions.
• Discretion and diplomacy in handling sensitive information.
• Experience directing large multi-stakeholder convenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with bishops, diocesan leaders and Catholic organizations.
• Oversee the Catholic Partnership Summit strategy and execution.
• Develop engagement maps and partnership plans.
• Represent Leadership Roundtable at conferences and partner meetings.
• Collaborate with program, development and communications teams.
