Job summary

Archdiocese of Denver is seeking a Partner Services Manager to lead a team that supports parishes and schools through trusted partnerships and essential business services. You will oversee operations, coach MSC specialists, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships while collaborating with Pastoral Center leaders to align resources with the Church’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, business management, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of management experience, with cross-functional leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, interpreting financial information, and overseeing business operations.
• Experience working in a Catholic, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consistent, timely, and high-quality service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop MSC specialists across multiple functional areas while fostering a collaborative, mission-centered team culture.
• Serve as the primary business partner to assigned parishes and schools, building trusted relationships and addressing needs with responsiveness and sound judgment.
• Partner with Pastoral Center leaders to coordinate training, resources, and support while strengthening collaboration and consistency across service areas.
