Job summary

Leadership Roundtable seeks an Executive Partner for Leadership Engagement to build and extend our relationships with bishops, dioceses, Catholic leaders, partner organizations, and supporters.

This is a mission-critical senior leadership role—part ambassador, part partnership builder, part convening architect—requiring a faithful, diplomatic Catholic professional who can convert relationships into lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in mission-driven organizations.
• Practicing Catholic in good standing.
• Proven ability to build trust across clergy and lay leadership.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and diplomacy in handling sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with bishops, diocesan leaders, and Catholic organizations.
• Design and oversee the Catholic Partnership Summit and related initiatives.
• Draft external communications and represent Leadership Roundtable publicly.
• Coordinate with program and development teams to align partnerships with priorities.
