Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads high-impact organizational design programs with long-term business impact.
• Develops and refines org effectiveness methodologies and delivery models for scalability.
• Sponsors large programs with multiple workstreams ensuring measurable performance improvements.
• Facilitates executive decision forums and aligns leaders on design choices.
• Translates qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for enterprise change.
• Oversees work delivered by internal teams and external partners for coherence and relevance.
• Coaches senior advisors and project leaders to build org capability and succession.
