Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience in fast-paced software environments.
• Experience advising or supporting C-suite executives and driving executive velocity.
• Strong command of core software performance drivers and product-led growth concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication; board-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the enterprise operating rhythm including leadership meetings and Board of Director meetings.
• Draft quarterly earnings script and market communications.
• Own content for CEO keynotes and investor events.
• Synthesize complex issues into actionable recommendations to accelerate decision velocity.
• Partner cross-functionally to break down silos and track strategic commitments.
• Lead a team of Customer Advocates serving the CEO on high-priority engagements.
• Lead cross-functional special projects for the CEO.
