Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience in fast-paced software environments.
• Direct experience advising or supporting C-suite executives with strategic planning and executive velocity.
• Strong command of software performance drivers, product-led and enterprise sales motions, and cloud ecosystems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication; ability to craft board-ready presentations and communications.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and diplomacy; capable of cross-functional alignment and trusted leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the enterprise operating rhythm with leadership meetings, reviews, offsites, and board meetings.
• Draft quarterly earnings narrative and market communications, shaping the public market story.
• Own keynote content for CEO and participation in major events and investor days.
• Synthesize complex issues and data into clear options and actionable recommendations.
• Partner across Product, Technology, GTM, and G&A to break down silos and track strategic commitments.
• Act as proxy for the CEO in strategic forums, elevating execution standards and operational rigor.
• Lead a team of Customer Advocates aligned with executive priorities and cross-functional resolutions.
• Guide high-priority strategic projects to diagnose bottlenecks and organizational realignments.
