Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Head of Executive Operations to partner with the CEO, acting as a force multiplier and execution engine. You will elevate decision velocity, streamline operations, and guide executive communications across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance and Marketing to drive the next growth phase.

This role offers enterprise-wide visibility, translating strategy into execution, shaping the CEO’s narrative for high-stakes moments, and leading cross-functional transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fast-paced software environments with rapid career progression.
• Experience advising or supporting C-suite executives and driving executive velocity.
• Ability to translate complex strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Strong communication skills for board-ready presentations and external narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design and run enterprise operating rhythm for weekly leadership reviews, MBRs, leadership offsites and Board meetings.
• Draft quarterly earnings scripts and market communications; shape public market storytelling.
• Own content for CEO keynotes and major events, including Investor Day and All Hands.
• Synthesize data into actionable options to accelerate decision velocity.
• Serve as a cross-functional partner to break down silos and track strategic commitments.
• Lead a team of Customer Advocates supporting high-priority engagements and resolutions.
• Lead high-priority projects to diagnose bottlenecks and drive organizational realignment.
