Responsibilities

• Own and drive efficiency within the organization’s rhythm of business (ROB).
• Partner with leadership teams to develop strategic roadmaps and track progress against key initiatives.
• Manage and support the rhythm of business for leadership teams, including staff meetings and all-hands events.
• Drive business planning, objectives & key results (OKRs), KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
• Own organizational communications, including content generation for newsletters and staff meetings.
• Drive OKR development, tracking, and management across the organization.
• Manage cross-team projects and ad-hoc business initiatives as needed to meet evolving business needs.
• Engage in and execute aspects of projects/programs for larger areas, including strategic efforts across multiple disciplines.
• Support recognition and awards programs, including stakeholder coordination and project management.
• Provide operational support to multiple leadership team members as business needs evolve.
