Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in a professional office setting.
• Minimum 5+ years in an executive support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to build strong relationships across levels.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to division leadership, providing high-level administrative and operational support for senior leaders.
• Manage complex calendars, frequent travel coordination, operational workflows, and budget oversight.
• Run leadership team cadence: prepare executive meeting agendas, capture decisions, track actions, assign ownership, and drive follow-through.
