Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with budget management and executive communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, reporting experience with ROI tracking.
• 6+ years of managing structured business processes including recruiting operations and onboarding.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication for executive materials.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage capital and operating budget across the portfolio and build budget narratives.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting pipeline and onboarding, organize leadership onsite workshops.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and leadership updates.
• Strategic planning: support annual and mid-year planning with scorecards and metrics.
• Talent management: run talent reviews and analyze engagement results.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with Chiefs of Staff and Data orgs to share best practices.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to SVP as needed.
