This role combines strategy, finance and AI-powered insights to influence decisions across a large analytics organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership with budget management and executive communications.
• 8+ years Excel, analytics, and reporting with ROI insights.
• 6+ years experience managing structured business processes: recruiting, onboarding, governance.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication with executive-ready materials.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent impact.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage budgets and ROI narratives for reviews with partners.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting, onboarding, leadership sessions, and cadence for transparency.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and town halls content.
• Strategic planning and performance: assist annual/mid-year planning and scorecards.
• Talent management: run talent reviews, analyze engagement surveys, drive actions.
• Cross-functional coordination: align with Chiefs of Staff and Digital/Data organization.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to SVP as needed.
