CVS Health is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers, budgets, and ROI narratives while shaping processes and executive communications across a high-visibility function in healthcare analytics.

The role partners on planning, talent development, and cross-functional governance, driving results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while leveraging AI-assisted storytelling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience including Chief of Staff with budget and ops expertise.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting with ROI tracking.
• 6+ years overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and cross-functional governance.
• 6+ years of excellent written executive communication with minimal guidance.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, driving results independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers, budgets, and ROI narratives for the portfolio.
• Run recruiting pipeline and onboarding; organize leadership onsite workshops.
• Produce executive-ready communications for leadership updates and town halls.
• Support annual and mid-year planning with scorecards and metrics updates.
• Lead talent reviews, engagement surveys, and action item tracking.
• Coordinate across Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology to share best practices.
• Identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
