CVS Health is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff for Healthcare Analytics to partner with the SVP and lead budgeting, operations, and executive communications. You will own the numbers, processes, and storytelling that drive accountability and alignment across a large analytics organization.

In this high-visibility role, you will manage the recruiting pipeline, onboarding, leadership meetings, and cross-functional governance, while shaping annual and mid-year planning and driving value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience with budget management.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing and optimizing structured business processes, including recruiting operations and onboarding.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience with executive-ready materials.
• 5+ years of thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship across the portfolio, track value realization and ROI, and build the financial narrative for budget reviews.
• Run the recruiting pipeline, manage onboarding, organize leadership onsite workshops, and ensure cadence for transparency.
• Produce executive-ready materials and communications to represent the organization with partners and stakeholders.
• Support annual and mid-year planning cycles, including goal setting and metrics tracking.
• Run talent reviews, analyze engagement survey results, and drive resulting action items.
• Coordinate with peer Chiefs of Staff and the broader Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology organization to share best practices.
