The LaSalle Network is hiring an Executive Operations Specialist for a renewable energy-leading company in Chicago. The role supports executive leadership, manages office operations, onboarding, HR activities, vendor relations, and travel. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of executive support, strong communication, and experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

On-site, direct hire, $100-120K. Direct-hire position with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive support or office leadership roles.
• Strong experience backing executives and senior leadership.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administration.
• Support executive leadership with calendar management and meetings.
• Assist with onboarding, HR activities, and staff administration.
• Manage vendor relationships and office services.
• Support presentation development, reporting, and communications for leadership.
• Coordinate travel, events, and special projects.
• Maintain SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
• Communicate key initiatives and changes to staff.
• Support contracts and administrative projects.
