Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a Management Analyst to support Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) operations from Patuxent River, MD. You will handle day-to-day operations, executive support, and delicate scheduling for the Senior Executive and their teams.

Responsibilities include managing high-visibility tasks, coordinating meetings, producing directives and briefing materials, and ensuring internal controls while using MS Office, SharePoint, and DTS daily.

Qualifications

• BS or BA; substitution options available for AS/AA with experience
• Minimum 4 years as analyst in PM/tech/business analysis; 2 years supporting NAVAIR programs
• Security Clearance: Secret; U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations and executive administrative support to Senior Executive and subordinate activities
• Manage high-visibility, time-sensitive support for executive military and civilian staff
• Coordinate meetings, schedule, minutes, and action items; distribute tasks accordingly
• Prepare briefing charts, directives, presentations, reports, and publications
• Maintain internal controls and handle high-level correspondence
• Operate MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint/DTS
• Support ad hoc leadership tasks and research for briefing materials
