Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support the Southwest territory, covering New Mexico, Las Vegas, NV, and Utah. The role focuses on selling oncology therapeutics, communicating clinical value, and building account strategies with District Management to drive growth across assigned hospital and large accounts.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, with willingness to travel and relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; valid driver's license; willingness to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience; willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge and value proposition; provide information and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and plan penetration with key accounts.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Utilize all company marketing tools and close sales to move to the next step (appointments, in-services, etc.).
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
