Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Des Moines, IA, and adjacent markets including Minneapolis, MN and Rochester, MN. This field-based role requires deep oncology knowledge and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.

The OS engages physicians and hospitals, presents clinical value, and ensures compliant selling while expanding account penetration across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and travel including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharma/biologic/medical device sales experience or recent Active Duty transition.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics in approved accounts.
• Demonstrate product efficacy, articulate value, provide clinical information, and meet sales objectives.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and identify key accounts.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase territory sales.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and close sales to move opportunities forward.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options to improve opportunities.
