You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor investigators, and coordinate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Operations to advance pipelines.

Applicants should have an MD/DO or equivalent and 5+ years of trial experience in pharma or academia, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualificações

• MD/DO or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
• Ability to lead complex clinical research programs independently.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and oversees design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of protocols and regulatory submissions.
• Manages clinical study teams, ensures study integrity, and monitors safety and efficacy data.
• Oversees dissemination of scientific content across programs and regulatory interactions.
• Mentors Medical Directors and Clinical Scientists on related programs.
• Collaborates with Clinical Strategy Teams and asset development to align plans across functions.
