NOAA seeks a Budget Analyst to support NOAA/NWS programs. You will formulate, justify, present, execute and review budgets for assigned components, creating worksheets and summaries for decision makers.

You will communicate budget issues with management and external partners, advise on funding priorities, and ensure compliance with OMB and Congressional guidance. There are two openings; telework is eligible; salary range is $106,437–$163,062 per year. Applications close 2026-11-09.
