Job summary

ZemiTek, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for CA/PPT headquarters support in Washington, DC. The DPSM will back up the Program Manager, ensure continuity of service, and enforce standards of conduct and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree or 12+ years of equivalent work, and an active Secret clearance. PMP certification and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• PM certification and security clearance required.
• MS Office proficiency required (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing federal professional services contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day contractual operations and resources.
• Act as Program Manager in their absence.
• Coordinate priorities and monitor task completion across functions.
• Track costs, schedules and staffing; report performance.
• Maintain compliance with standards, controls, and procedures.
