Job summary

TekSynap in the United States seeks an senior operations leader to manage day-to-day contract support across multiple programs and personnel. You will oversee staffing and subcontractor performance while driving fiscal and operational delivery. The role requires implementing corrective actions for at-risk programs and coordinating distributed teams.

Active clearance and US citizenship are preferred; travel up to 20–25% for customer engagement and operational reviews may be required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of operations leadership in federal contracting.
• Experience leading multiple programs and geographically distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or ITIL certifications preferred.
