Job summary

Peraton has a requirement for a Front Office Systems Integrator to serve as an Executive Officer (EXO). The EXO will be responsible for a wide variety of activities ranging from the day-to-day tactical resolution of issues and concerns to assisting the FO seniors in organization-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing tasks, developing knowledge management processes, crafting technical and non-technical briefings, preparing talking points for FO leadership, and writing meeting

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, or 6 years with an MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience as a Systems Integrator (SI).
• Experience serving in an SI position on customer site at the Division, Group, Office or Center Level.
• Experience supporting the IC in a customer facing Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration capacity.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming tasking in the customer action tracking database, assigning action to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Assist with developing and ultimately maintaining a Knowledge Management Process.
• Assist with developing briefings both technical and non-technical.
• Assist with the development of talking points for FO leadership.
• Write-up meeting summaries/notes.
