Job summary

Responsibilities include facilitating leadership meetings, creating briefings and background papers, coordinating calendars, and refining workflows to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• TS clearance with polygraph required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior government leaders, program executives, or operational management teams.
• Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience working alongside senior government executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate leadership activities, and track high-visibility actions with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to distill complex data into executive summaries.
• Advanced relationship-building capabilities to collaborate across a diverse team.
• Flexibility to thrive, pivot, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Work with customer leadership to support division priorities and coordinate execution of initiatives.
• Strategic Communications: Draft, edit, and package executive-level communications, reports, and briefings.
• Tasker Management: Coordinate, track, and execute ad-hoc taskers across the division.
• High-Impact Deliverables: Create professional briefings, reports, and background papers for executives.
• Process Optimization: Establish and refine workflows to improve divisional efficiency.
• Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate calendars, build agendas, and capture action items for leadership meetings.
