Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in executive operations, corporate strategy, or complex program management supporting C-suite executives in a large organization.
• Presence, confidence, and diplomatic skill to interface with top executives and external stakeholders.
• Process improvement to eliminate waste and elevate team performance with technology.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimize the CEO engagement briefing process and materials.
• Facilitate high-level executive meetings, plan agendas, curate content, and coach senior presenters.
• Oversee Division Operations including the Division Business Plan, budget, and key metrics.
• Support Board Governance activities and develop board materials with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Drive culture, AI adoption, and process improvement within the Executive Office.
• Lead highly complex, ad-hoc strategic projects as directed by the VP.
