Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level clerical, administrative, and operational support to the Executive Director of Special Education.
  • Manage calendars, schedule/coordinate meetings, and support travel and purchasing documentation.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up; manage contractual agreements.
  • Maintain program software and equipment warranties; assist in budget and personnel administration.
  • Process department purchasing and billing; support data collection and reporting.
