Qualifications

• Eight+ years in product, tech, or consulting roles with large-scale delivery.
• Translate market needs into roadmaps, requirements, and backlogs.
• Partner with engineering to ship features from discovery to launch and optimize.
• Strong communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and multi-year strategy for offers experiences.
• Own the consumer experience end to end, including intents, relevance, rewards, loyalty, notifications, and servicing.
• Establish and manage a prioritized roadmap and OKRs using market trends and customer data.
• Lead discovery, size customer/business value and feasibility, translate into requirements.
• Collaborate with design and research to deliver intuitive experiences across mobile and web.
• Build cross-functional alignment to deliver outcomes across teams.
• Define, measure, and report on product performance including adoption and engagement metrics.
• Plan and execute feature launches with rollout, readiness and post-launch optimization.
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies to enable delivery teams.
• Ensure end-to-end processes meet legal, risk, compliance and controls, and coach PMs.
