Chase Offers is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager to shape the next generation of our offers and advertising platform. You will translate market needs into a prioritized multi-quarter roadmap and drive delivery across multiple scrum teams and data science partners.

You will partner across product, design, technology, operations, and controls to deliver well-governed, high-impact capabilities that create customer and merchant value in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting.
• Experience in agile delivery environments and sprint-based execution.
• Ability to translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading through influence and delivering outcomes across priorities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience developing roadmaps and customer experiences that drive engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready updates.

• Define product vision and translate priorities into a multi-quarter roadmap with measurable outcomes.

• Lead discovery for new concepts by assessing value, feasibility, and impact.

• Define, measure, and report product performance using analytics and insights.
• Maintain end-to-end governance with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams as needed.
